Tootsie

One of the joys of having taken early retirement is occasionally to meet up with ex-colleagues who are still working and find out how much worse things have got since I went. But the balance is changing in favour of us retirees; today five of us met up and only two were still working, and after they went back to work the remaining three of us continued to put the world to rights. The pub probably loved us; sat for three hours in the garden with one soft drink and a sandwich each! This is S and her dog Tootsie; S and I did the same job and decided we would both retire on the same day, except for her it was considerably earlier retirement than it was for me!
