Sizergh Castle

We decided to visit the National Trust property Sizergh Castle near Kendal today. It has belonged to the same family for more than 700 years and is still inhabited by the Stickland family. There are some stunning walks on the 1600 acre estate and the well kept gardens were simply buzzing with honey bees when we were there.
