More buildings of Maidstone

A busy, busy day with plans changing as the day wore on. We went to Costwold Outdoor Centre to look at hats, shirts and trousers, then on to Notcutts for a parasol. From there to the gym. We were planning to go into town after that and then on to Bluewater.

In the end we spent a lot of time at Cotswold and Notcutts meaning we got to the gym later than anticipated. Instead of tine and Bluewater we went home for a late lunch before finally getting to town.

On return from town a restorative cup of tea gave me the impetus to get to the allotment to pick stuff. 1.5 kg strawberries, whole carrier bag full of broad beans, radish and a large summer cabbage. I also sowed a few more beans and netted both strawberry patches.

A relaxing evening completed the day. An afternoon with the granddaughter beckons tomorrow.
