Twenty years ago

these beautiful glasses were commissioned for my lovely friend M's 40th birthday. They were hand-painted by my very talented sis, GlassRoad, and are all still intact to this day! So this blip is for her.

Mrs B and I are staying at M's new home, which has had armies of builder-ants swarming over it for the last 6 weeks trying their hardest to get it habitable. We were warned it would be camping, actually it's glam-ping. The house is a cool, elegant triumph with glorious views over the Oxfordshire countryside and is already turning out to be the magnet for local birds and wildlife it was designed to be.
