Big Jim is Keighley and Worth Valley’s US Army Transportation Corps loco no 5920, an S160 Class loco. This is a class of 2-8-0 Consolidation steam locomotives designed for use in Europe during World War 11 for heavy freight work, and Big Jim was rebuilt by KWVR at their Haworth depot in 2013.
