Rose

A friend is busy drying out rose petals to use at her son's wedding - I'm not sure quite what they are being used for, but as I'm in the process of getting rid of my two rather poorly-flowering rose bushes, I'm saving the remaining blooms for her and drying the petals once they've faded.

Another afternoon in the garden - in between showers - clearing the other bed. What a lot of rubbish to get rid of now - my compost bin is full to overflowing!
