The completed loaf from the No-Knead Bread recipe (http://www.nytimes.com/2006/11/08/dining/081mrex.html). It tasted like a good artesian loaf, but it could have used herbs to make it more flavorful. Next time I'll just go back to my stand mixer; kneading isn't so hard anyways!
