It has been oppressively hot here all day...........went to bed just after midnight last night.....took two C0-codamol.........woke just after 3.00 with terrible stomach cramps, nausea, palpitations and a cold sweat.

Had to come downstairs...........and sit outside............the feeling only wore off about 9.30 tonight.

The Boss is back............we're all about to settle down for the match........and then I'm up at 6.30 in the morning for fishing............two secret baits..........flouro pink Krill pellets and Blue lipped mussels.........some big boys where we're going.
