A direct contrast to hebs blip tonight......."Well 'ard"...........

I gave in this morning and spoke to the doctor........terrible day yesterday...loads of pain.......no beer with D and B...........early night......awake several times.

The advice? No Co-codamol for two days.....only Ibuprofen........appointment on Wednesday 9.10.......hopefully a proper examination and some type of treatment......maybe cortisone........or draining the fluid.

Off to bed now..........with chocolate......to watch some football.
