Ferry Ride From Friday Harbor To Anacortes WA

Bob woke up and decided it was time to head home...the weather was dreary and rainy...we had planned on heading out on a boat ride to Sucia for the weekend, BUT plans changed. We decided to try for the late morning ferry...which we made. (I always worry on a Saturday morning as everyone is trying to exit the island for mainland shopping trips:) It was foggy and dreary, but that brings unexpected white out conditions for photography...a challenge, but also a great backdrop for a sleek sailboat, or a beautiful seagull.
