Queen's Baton comes to South Queensferry

at 8am on a Sunday, groan! Despite that the good folk of the town turned out to cheer and wave. And what a media and PR scrum - hearty people in team uniforms telling us to wave and cheer and work the cameras. I tried to get a shot with either of the Bridges in having legged it up the Back Braes from the Hawes end of town to The Loan.

But in the end I chose this one because the expression of this baton bearer is really what it is all about.
