Low Tide, Ryde Beach
Best seen in Large I think.
On low Spring tides the sea retreats a long way from the shore and so long as careful note is taken of the tide times it is fascinating to walk for a mile or so towards the Napoleonic forts out in the middle of the Solent. It is a landscape of far horizons and big skies.
I was undecided whether to post a colour or mono image but felt that mono was more dramatic.
