New Arrivals

After the Murder at the Manor, in which there was a mass killing of half the chickens by perpetrators still unknown to the police, we decided to get some new blood. Friends wanted to help by offering to buy one of them, so we got one brown (Rosie) and four others to get us back to our original number of eight. Here they are, on day one, wondering what to do next. The three older ladies were released into the garden to keep them apart for a few hours so that they wouldn't fight immediately. Here's hoping to settling in (safely) quickly.
