Football Shmutball

I had a swim this morning and I had the pool to myself....luverly jubberly. I have six weeks until the big outdoor swim and I'm determined to do it even though it is painful to swim and I can't use my leg very much. As it has got worse my stamina has deteriorated but I will do it...or drown trying ha ha ha.

I nipped to Tesco and bought a book, The Shock of The Fall, it was a stupid thing to do as I've read it and the one I wanted was actually The Fault in Our Stars. I had another dumb moment on the way home too...I spotted this house and parked up and walked over the road to take a pic. When I got back into the car it started rolling as I'd forgotten to put the handbrake on...could have been messy.

I think this is a house decorated in desperation...maybe they think that the more effort you put in to showing support the better Eng - er - land will do. I have no interest in the football, I only know it is on when they cancel Corrie and other essential programmes...but I do know that we have very little chance of winning.
