Lists!

I am a great one for lists and as today was one of those days when, due to the London to Brighton Bike Race, I was unable to go anywhere, I set too clearing some overdue tasks on my To Do List. I am now feeling virtuous having cleaned the oven (long overdue) defrosted the fridge ( even worst!) got to the bottom of the pile of ironing, caught up with the paperwork (well, almost) did some weeding for HG and told him how much I'd done (three times) and a mass of other irritating jobs that needed finishing. With a flourish I ticked each one of and am now left with a clean slate, that feels so good!
PS The Bike Race is for a very worthy so I'm not complaining but all rounds round here are closed or it's a huge detour. Hope lots of money was raised by the cyclists!
