Goodbye Sharpham
We had a wonderful morning of reading and being read to, performing and performances, some with art and music, including the use of the bannister! We started in the attic, moved through the house, into the openness of the garden on this side of the house and then the seclusion of the walled garden full of vegetables, herbs and flowers. The writing, or making as Alice prefers, was awesome, particularly given the limited time.
Then it was goodbye, and for most a journey home in readiness for work. For me the boat down the Dart to Dartmouth where I'm staying for three nights. Rather fooled by the good reviews on tripadvisor... Fish and chips for me now, I think, not tapas and a singer Mr Cowell would be rude about two floors below.
