Ready to Pop

A chillout Sunday in preparation for another demanding week ahead. It has felt like rain was threatening all day but to be fair although it has been grey skies, we've not seen a drop. Perhaps it is coming tonight?

Late afternoon we took a drive out and revisited a location Annie found whilst searching out interesting art as part of the recent Oxfordshire Art weeks. Some beautiful views (to visit again on a sunny day) but in one of the fields there were poppies and this one ready to flower.

Looks a bit menacing, like a triffid.
