TaRa
Today has been a long day.
Left the house at 7.15 this morning to go and set up for taking pictures at a horse show...........got back at 9pm.
First problem of the day was the earth on the generator wasn't good anough and we couldn't get power for the computers and printers.
Second was that nobody seemed to have any spanners to fix the connection.
Eventually got the juice flowing.
Bugger.....camera battery flat! - spare battery was okay but knowing my luck it would run flat later.
After having had to go all the way home to pick up the charger, the spare lasted all day no problem.
3 computers and printers running full belt (this was a slick picture selling production line you know).......bloody kids arsing about ripped out the power from the genny - lots of pissed off people for a while until normal service was resumed again.
Strange people these horsey people......I nearly posted the ]
drive througwithout getting offh as my blip.
A close 2nd was the girl trying to pick up the pole she knocked over url=http://www.flickr.com/photos/10180444@N08/821865105/in/photostream/]without getting off.
The 'Rider of the day' award had to go to this lad........only 6 years old and was the ultimate pro. Never put a hoof wrong and was only beaten by time. Evven more amazing because it is only in the last 6 weeks that the horse has started behaving for him.
The blip picture is of the organiser.
We had a wee bet on to see who could get the 'worst' picture of her during the day.........this isn't it - it was too cruel to post it (besides - we want to get back next year)
