Poorly

My worst nightmare.
Being looked after by my 10 year old son all day after a night and morning of vomiting.
He may not be any good at football but he's mature enough to look after me and his sister.

This is the slice of toast he brought me when I woke up this afternoon...and that's all Ive eaten.

Watching a well deserved movie.
Nite all as I'm still battling the alien that's trying to escape my stomach. :(
