Halkidiki

Alarm went off at 2.15am and by 3am we were on the road to Manchester Airport. Flight delayed so 6.10 am became take off at 6.40 but never mind the sun was up and we were on our way ! Arrived at the Anthemus Sea Hotel at 2ish (local time)( +2 hours BST) and had a light lunch at the poolside Taverna. Catching up on sleep for the afternoon (not very successfully!) and then showered and changed for dinner. This is the view over one of the pools as we walked to the restaurant. Nice food, reasonable wine, then in bed by 22.45 (UK 8.45pm !) Holiday !!
