Heroes

This is the wonderful Tim and Dan who are the organisers of the annual Help for Heroes 4x4 Rally. They are following the route of the Allies in 1944.
We met them at a campsite near Omaha beach. Tonight they are heading for Ypres. There are serving and ex military teams, families, almost anyone can join in. You must supply your own 4x4 though!
They have raised a million Euros so far with this rally.
The teams have observational tasks to complete, with questions to answer later to keep them on their toes. Forty two teams started. There have to be two drivers to each car.
Apparently they are not getting very much news coverage for this event despite the money they've raised. The press is too busy with bad news and football I suppose.
