Day in Front of Computer

This morning I got out of bed and trained for 45 mins as I knew the rest of the day would be in front of the computer.....
Finished editing the Horse shoot I did last week end and burned on cd, all ready to deliver when I go off to teach The Power Ladies a Fitness class this evening...but first I need to prepare dinner and I am Personal Training my client at 4pm...
