Remember when film was cool

I have always loved to use film and still have alot of B&W, colour and slide film in my fridge. Im thinking about taking a coulple of rolls away with me this weekend to take some images at the beach.

Last night I attended a Genealogy meeting, where the speaker spoke on looking at your images to determine when images were taken and who the photo's may contain. She spoke on fashion, looking for the less obvious things within the image, furniture within the image, the introduction of certain camera's to determine the era. Prior to the introduction of the box brownie, images were just about only ever taken in studio's.

It ws like being an image super detective and boy does she have fun.
