Early Career Researcher Network launch event

I snapped this shot at an event I helped to organise at the University. We're trying to give early career researchers more support, so we formed a network to represent them across the college of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences.

It's been utterly exhausting setting this event up! It went well, now we just have to work on the feedback we got and see about addressing some of the key issues facing the network members.
