Down by the river

Beautiful evening stroll by the river. A tiring day and just what I needed to clear my head. Hope I'm not coming down with something but have felt run down all day and now my throat is sore.

Still, could be worse I could be a Spanish football player...

Sports Day for us here. I had to work until 11am but made it in time for the inter-house relay in which J was running for his house. This was very nearly a picture of his game-face but I loved the colours of the boats and I do love it by the river.
