A walk around town
Visited Brouage - a 17th Century citadel, entirely enclosed by a wall. We walked all the way round it, which was a bit nerve-racking: a thirty-foot drop over the side, with three lads running around and no barriers. Still, it lent a whiff of danger, and stopped things becoming boring.
Stopped to watch a boules match, and every time one of the players took a shot, George would yell "BALL!" very loudly. Well, we found it funny, anyway.
