Munch bunch

Some nasty wee critter is eating the leaves of my lovely silver birch tree. The tell-tale holes look like they might be quite characteristic of some beastie as they are almost perfectly circular. I haven't actually spotted any wildlife in situ.

Any ideas?

Meanwhile, the summer continues unabated in North Down. It was a bit blowier today and subsequently a tad colder, but still very nice! I am trying to persuade the Ards Man to come into the garden for a glass of Prosecco, but he's watching the Columbia vs Ivory Coast match.

I think I will go and grill meat. That should lure him out.......
