Pastry parcels

This afternoon we bid farewell to three colleagues who are retiring from my department. One of them is K, who has always been a great friend to me, especially when I joined the department in 2000.

At 16:00 we met for wine and canapés. I stayed on until 18:45, and could easily have continued partying much longer had it not been that I knew that Mr hazelh expected me back for supper and the England game.

Exercise today: morning loops in 28'29", sit-ups and weights, walked to work (1 hour).
