Fine weekend ahead

This evening we headed south by train down the West Coast to Windermere for a weekend away with our friends A, C, N and S. I took this photo from the train near Penrith.

No exercise today: I woke myself up with non-stop sneezing at about 04:00 and was in no fit state to run two hours later.
