Ongoing maintenance

Having resided in our current home for the last forty years, it's not unexpected that some maintenance and repairs need to be undertaken. Our front doors needed to be replaced as being of timber construction, dry rot had overtaken them.
We decided on aluminium framed sliding doors as these would be more durable over a longer period of time. In consideration of the fact that we need to consider some sort of downsizing, it certainly makes sense to add some improvement to our home prior to seeking a sale.

Our lounge room certainly is much improved with this new addition.
