Before the Flood

This is my son and husband standing on a bridge in Tewkesbury. A fortnight after we were there this bridge was totally underwater. We were staying in Stratford-upon- Avon and there was considerable flooding by the river there at the time of our holiday. I may put a photo of it on here and I'll add a link. At Tewkesbury, several rivers converge and it's very prone to flooding. It was a bit of a shock to see how bad it was so soon after being there - it was exceptional and people escaped from the Mill flats by zip wire (the old Mill was next to this bridge).
