Sandy

Another fantastic day exploring the other side of the island, this included the wreck of the Plassey, the ship was thrown up onto the rocks in a storm in 1910 luckily without the loss of any lives, quite amazing really! I could hardly drag Rachel away she was so inspired to photograph all the rusty metal with it's interesting colours and textures. Delighted to see Sandy the dolphin swimming in the crystal clear waters at Inis Oirr harbour, whilst waiting for the late afternoon ferry to take us to Inis Mor, the largest island.
