SUMMER SOLSTICE SHETLAND 22:44:49

We were off the ferry at 7:30am and had a magnificent breakfast in The New Harbour Cafe: sausage, bacon, black pudding, potato scone, egg, mushrooms, tomato, toast. I was stuffed but very pleasantly so.

Then we shopped for food and had a little trip down to Spiggie loch, until returning at 2pm when we could get into the holiday cottage where we unpacked and spent the afternoon gazing at the view. And then a beautiful sunset on our first day on Shetland.
