A weary pointer

This is Tricia at the end of today after spending all day in the fireplace, pointing the jumble of stones that makes up our back wall. AS you can just see this is the wall cut into the bedrock. When it rains the water comes down the back and into a channel hacked into the granite by Les Anciens. Not finished yet but should be tomorrow.
Back to the garden for me to admire all the growing vegetables. Water is going to be increasingly an issue - the spring is running less strongly now. Not a problem yet but if we have no rain in the next few weeks it will become so,
