Window boxes

This afternoon I popped along in the car to Aydon Castle an English Heritage site about 3 miles from where we live. It was so busy that the rather small car park was overflowing so I decided not to bother stopping & headed home again. I should really have walked there, it being such a lovely day but after our exertions on the bikes yesterday I wasn't feeling up to the long walk up the hill! So instead I had a quick wander round the village and blipped these window boxes which I've been admiring every time I pass by. They belong to a shop in the village which sells garden and household nick nacks. They certainly look like they have got green fingers!
