spent the day on the beach....should be relaxing .. and it is..but its also knackering.. the trip down there..dragging everything from the car to the beach.. and just sitting in the sun just wears ya out for some bizarre reason.. or is it just me .. mind you. a nites sleep wouldnt go amiss...6 nites on the spin now have been downstairs at silly oclock , waking after a couple of hours sleep and not being able to nod off again..spent the wee hours of the morning chewing over ebay looking for bits and bobs and constructing battle plans for the gym thats nearing completion..spent all day saturday fixing plasterboard so it could be plastered on sunday ..its coming on....looks ace.. really pleased with it,, the spa pool arrives on wednesday...only been 6 long months since the conifer came a crashing down through the middle of the old gym and it sure is nice to see this much improved building rise from the ashes
