To Be a Little Sad

This is all going to be the subject of some back blipping:

We are all standing here at the base of the narrow boat company at Sowerby Bridge in Yorkshire. We have just completed a wonderful cruise in a narrowboat from Ashton-u-Lyne to Sowerby Bridge making use of the Huddersfield Narrow, the Huddersfield Broad, the Calder and Hebble and the Rochdale canals. It has been good fun and hard work!

One of the strange things about being back on dry land after being on a narrow boat for some time is that the world gently rocks.

That may not sound plausible but believe me one really does acquire some "Sea Legs" from the gentle movements of the boat.
