New Year, New Opportunities More or Less

I don"t like the whole new years resolutions game we play and you know why. That's right. This years list is a list of obtainable, moderate goals I call "More or Less". I listed about 50 things to slightly change in my life like: More salads, less bacon cheeseburgers... more grace, less judgement... appreciate more, complain less, walk more...drive less. You get the idea, more or less.

I'm calling 2009 my Dickens year..."It was the best of times, it was the worst of times."

I love my life and delighted to be in it's next season, and the future looks bright.
Our son Miah told Peggy and I to get out and hike & bike more and told us about the trail pictured above. We started slow with an hour hike the first day...and loved it.
I believe we are going to love our new healthier lifestyle...more or less.
