Day 11: Ćevapi

I'm not a massive fan of the 'let's take photos of our food' trend, but this is an exceptional case, and was the highlight of my day.

Ćevapi is a traditional Balkan dish, with grilled meat, flatbread, onion and kajmak (a dairy product thing) and it is delicious. This one is from Željo, which is meant to be one of the best in Sarajevo, but I definitely plan in sampling a lot of them over the next couple of months.
