The Swan Family

As I cycled home I thought I hadn't seen the swan family for ages, and then there they were. The have grown so much since I last saw them on 3rd June (link won't work). They were on the other side of the river bank so its not the best picture, but I was glad to see them.

Tonight I have made the second batch of red currant jelly. Whilst I was busy doing this a man knocked and asked if we were replacing the avocado bathroom suite - emmm I think the bath on the drive is a pretty big clue!! Yes we are, so he asked if he could have a piece to replace a piece of his that was broken. Never though that old horrible suite would be in demand - he has been hunting everywhere for this bit
