Taking it to the limit...

Tonight we have realised a near life long dream. Forty years to be precise . A dream that we thought would never be realised, that was until I saw the tour dates for this year and found they were playing up north ... Not just in London this time!! In fairness they may well have played up her before, I've not known about it. Over the years we've seen quite a few of our heroes, so the chance to finally see these guys was not to be missed. Sadly the first tickets purchased were a con from a website that disappeared, so we ended up with last minute, vastly overpriced, up in the gods seats, it didn't matter... We were there, we had the best time. They were FAB! Ali and I met each other in our first year at secondary school -44 years ago! We've gone through a lot over those years, a few bad times and loads of good times . Recent years have seen us grow apart due to our lives going in different directions. It happens. Tonight we were teenagers again, and hopefully our friendship will grow and we can have more moments such as this. If you get chance of tickets, just pay the money and get yourself some Tequila Sunrise
