Wild flower verge

Inspired by Chrysanthemum's entry for 20th June of Pensarn's wild flowers I decided to Blip the wild flowers growing on the local roundabout,
Of course these aren't 'real' wild flowers in so much as they came out of a packet and didn't find their own way there, but they are very beautiful, and a magnet to the local insect life.
Last year the same part of the roundabout was seeded with these flowers, and they were in bloom from early June right through to the beginning of October.
I do have views about the unnecessary cutting of wayside verges (that are not posing a health and safety risk) early in the season when there is so much wildlife living in them. I guess this roundabout and it's wonderful display goes some way to redressing the balance,
