Last minute squirrel

Well today I managed to loose everything on my flash card! I was taking photos and went to review them on the camera and it came back with a message about not being able to play back the image due to the format of the card. I never changed the format! I popped the card into my computer and it showed all these strange symbols and numbers. It looked like Chinese but it wasn't.
None of the files would open and the only choice I had was to format the card loosing all my pictures and starting over.
By the time I did this and popped the card back into my camera I was desperate to find anything to capture. Luckily this squirrel wandered over and I was able to get a quick shot of him. It's not the best but I was so disappointed after loosing the photos I had previously chosen for my blip that I wasn't going to be fussy.
From now on I will not leave so many photos on my flash card. I'll upload them to my computer and burn a disc.
