More effective than FIFA

My friend and I went to Manchester today and visited by chance The Football Museum. It's well worth a visit and amazingly it's free. As we went in we found this cutout of Mr Suarez . I know that FIFA have given him a 4 month ban, but perhaps some gaffer tape might be more effective.
