On the River

I started Blipping with the intention that, committing to take a picture everyday, my photography might improve. I suspect a small step in that direction has been taken.

The downside however, is that I've now reached the stage where I'm posting sub-standard work - just to get a blip!

I've had these thought before, but previously was encouraged by the number of viewings I was getting - I have no relatives on board and I don't do social media in any shape or form - so around 100 a day was reasonable.

However, recently I do well to get 35 which only serves to underline paragraph two above - posting for the sake of it!

So, with a holiday in prospect, I'm going to include a break from Blip - don't know how long for at this moment.

Thanks to all of you for your support and especially to a (very) small group of "regulars" who obviously look me up everyday.
