Labradors and a shallow stream. What a treat on
a summer evening. This is the bridge over Scalby
Beck where it meets Scarborough's North Bay.
It also marks the place where the Cleveland Way
long distance walk drops off the cliff and tired
walkers are relieved to find the Scalby Mills free
house and its excellent selection of real ales.
An attraction for dogs yes - but they are never
short of company !
