Leo

Leo is not, of course, his real name.

The first time he came here, when the owner of the studios asked his
name, rather than spell out his ordinary but, to her ears, overly
complicated name, he replied "Leo".
"My Lion!", she exclaimed, admiringly, and now, for two weeks every
year, he is a lion.

And, it is true, here he is leonine. His weight, which, at home, is
merely excessive, here has the heft of the successful hunter whilst
his too long hair, viewed from a different perspective, is a mane.
