Giddy flower fairy

I am such a pushover, Heidi was reluctantly eating her dinner (she will eat fruit and vegetables very happily but not a great carbs fan), India was out at Brownies. Heidis distraction technique is truly excellent, we had this conversation:
Me: please Heidi come on and eat your dinner
H: oh mummy look it's raining, please can I go out and do dancing in the rain?
Me: oh go on then
Me: (running and shouting) I'll just grab my camera!

I went to vaccinate a poorly friends cat at home this morning, we had had some awkwardness in our previously good friendship when our daughters fell out. After checking her cat over we sat down, I brought up the bad feeling conversation and we cleared the air. It felt great driving home, I whizzed to the gym and had a brilliant gym session all buoyed up.

Heidi and I headed over to Jennies house for a gorgeous swimming lunch, aubergine parmigiana, it was so good! I was definitely giddy, high on a lovely day and feeling lucky. My sensible friend kept saying, are you ok Sarah, you seem a bit odd today ! Swimming lesson, dog walking, Brownies, bed. My sis came round to babysit and I went off to a raucous Book Club meeting where we didn't discuss the book or remember to choose the next one! My sister had been baking for a softball tournament she's in this weekend, making breakfast bars ready for the camping trip.
