Two special boys

Hershey and Cadbury, my two beautiful beagle boys are such good company for me and each other. Somehow the water in the birdbath and pool tastes far nicer than that in their water bowl!
It feels like yesterday that I had 4 dogs yet a lifetime of drama, some long forgotten, has filled the months since Molly died in October and Magellan in March.
Today I'm trying not to reflect on the past but to be with the me who is here today. The me who grew in the storm, who is breathing out before the new cycle, heralded by the new moon, begins.
