Behave

Well I'm still here another day and another photo, I am almost at 1000 blips so I figured aim for that nice round number and then see how I feel.

Visited father in law in hospital today, Mr Mouse was naughty and smoked his pipe in the one of the hospital garden - it's an e pipe so technically not smoking but vaping.

FIL had a double by pass, doing really well after his op, it was elective rather than emergency and he is very fit so should continue to heal up nicely. Only the things he is not allowed to do in the mean time is a really long list.

I also did my third parkrun thus morning and achieved a personal best, shaving 20 seconds off my time :)
